Which calls are genuinely bookable?
Wrong numbers, vendor calls, existing-client questions, and requests outside the service menu should not be treated like new appointment opportunities. Review a sample before setting the booking percentage.

Use your own assumptions to estimate the monthly appointment value connected to missed calls. The calculator does not assume every caller will book and does not predict revenue.

$1,440
Estimated appointment value connected to unanswered calls—not guaranteed revenue or an AutoFlowDesk performance promise.
43.3
missed calls per month
15.2
potential appointments
Formula: weekly missed calls × 4.33 weeks × your booking assumption × average ticket.
Methodology
The calculator multiplies weekly missed calls by 4.33, the average number of weeks in a month. It then applies the booking percentage and average ticket you enter. The result is an illustrative appointment-value opportunity, not recovered revenue, profit, or a forecast of AutoFlowDesk performance.
Use call logs or phone-provider reports for the missed-call input when possible. Use a conservative booking assumption based on your own inbound calls rather than an industry statistic. For average ticket, use a recent salon average across the service mix that typically comes through the phone. If the estimate changes a decision, run low, middle, and high scenarios instead of relying on one number.
Formula: missed calls per week × 4.33 × booking-rate assumption × average appointment ticket.
Use the result responsibly
Wrong numbers, vendor calls, existing-client questions, and requests outside the service menu should not be treated like new appointment opportunities. Review a sample before setting the booking percentage.
A booked slot is not collected revenue. Cancellations, no-shows, discounts, product sales, rebooking behavior, and service costs are outside this simple model.
Compare the estimate with the cost and operational fit of voicemail callbacks, front-desk staffing, answering services, online booking, and an AI receptionist. The right answer can be a mix.
Next step
Separate routine bookings from consultations, exceptions, and conversations that need a person before choosing a phone workflow.
