By using AutoFlowDesk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the AutoFlowDesk platform.
AutoFlowDesk provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service for appointment-based businesses. The service answers incoming calls, books appointments via Google Calendar integration, and provides call analytics through a web dashboard.
Pricing is based on a monthly platform fee plus per-minute usage for calls handled. All plans include a 7-day free trial. Billing is processed through Stripe. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your business information, service catalog, and calendar availability. You must keep your Google Calendar connected and up to date. You are responsible for the content of your custom greetings and prompts.
You may not use AutoFlowDesk for any illegal purpose, to misrepresent your business, or in a way that harms the service or other users. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
Your use of AutoFlowDesk is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle call recordings, transcripts, and personal data as described therein.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party service outages (Google, Retell AI, Stripe).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
AutoFlowDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed calls, lost appointments, or business losses resulting from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
